Thanks for your interest in registering for our 2023 Conference Webcast. Below are some commonly asked questions about the registration process. If you can't find your answers here, contact us at webcast@aglow.org and we'll help you out.

How much does the Webcast cost?

The registration fee is $200 USD, which covers all 6 sessions including special behind-the-scenes features available only to our Webcast audience. That's only about $30 per session. It's a great value - especially if you are viewing the conference with others and sharing the cost.

How long will the Webcast be available for viewing?

The webcast will be open for viewing unlimited times through January 31st, 2024.

How do I register for the Webcast?

Register for the Webcast by filling out the Webcast registration form. You'll receive an activation email with a link to login and view the Webcast. Contact us at webcast@aglow.org if you don't receive the activation email.

How do I view the Webcast after I've registered?

Once you've registered for your Webcast account, you can view the Webcast by visiting the conference website and clicking on the Watch the Webcast link. Note that you'll need to login with your Webcast account (this is different from your myAglow account) in order to access the Webcast page.

Is my Webcast account login the same as the myAglow account login?

No, your Webcast account and your myAglow account are not the same.

Can I register for the Webcast by phone?

No, we will not be taking registrations by phone. Webcast registration is done via the internet through this form on the conference website.

What happens after I register?

After you’ve filled out the form and paid with your credit card, you’ll receive an activation email. Click on the link in the email and you’ll be taken to the website login page, where you’ll be asked to enter the username in your email and the password that you created when you registered. Once you’ve logged into your account, you’ll be able to view the Webcast.

What if I don’t receive the activation email?

If you’ve registered for the Webcast and paid the fee, but haven’t received an activation email, do the following:

  1. Check your Junk Mail or Spam folder. Chances are you’ll find it there.
  2. If you still cannot locate the activation email, go to the conference website login page, then click on the 'Forgot Password' link. You’ll be prompted to type your email or username (make sure and use the same one you used when registering for the Webcast).You should then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
  3. If none of the above works, call us at 425.775.7282 during regular PT office hours and not during conference as our office will be closed. You can also email us at webcast@aglow.org.

Will I be able to view the Webcast from any computer or mobile device?

As long as the computer or mobile device has an internet connection, you should be able to login to your account and view the Webcast.

Can I view the Webcast with friends or in a group?

Yes! We encourage you to get with friends to view the Webcast. It’s more fun that way and there's no additional charge for group viewing. Just make sure you are using a large enough screen or projector to accommodate the size of your group. Audio quality is also an important consideration. Think about purchasing an external speaker if the group is more than a few people. Generally, laptop or desktop speakers are not adequate.

Note: Only 1 user per registration may log in at a time.

What if I'm in a different time zone?

The conference is being held in Jacksonville, Florida, USA (Eastern Time). If you want to watch the sessions live, you'll need to adjust for your local time zone. However, because all sessions are recorded for later viewing, you can watch them at a time that is convenient to you.

Can I test my connection before the event?

Yes, we encourage you to do so. If you login to your account on the conference website and access the Webcast Test page, there will be a video running for you to test your system before the conference begins. At that time, you'll want to watch the webcast here.

How can I get help if I experience difficulties during the Webcast?

Visit the Boxcast support center if you need assistance during conference. A customer service technician will be available on chat to answer your questions.

Are there guidelines for optimal viewing of the Webcast?

Most of your questions can be answered by visiting the Boxcast Support Center.

Can I purchase DVDs of the conference sessions?

Yes, you will be able to Pre-Order CDs and DVDs – these will be shipped from our partners, Fresh Media, in Colorado post-conference. CDs, DVDs, MP3s & MP4s can be purchased at their sales location onsite during conference. MP3s & MP4s can be downloaded within a couple of hours after the close of each session, or, you may purchase them on a USB flash drive and take it home with you from the Conference. How can I give a conference offering?

You can participate with us by giving your conference offering as an act of worship whether you are in attendance or not.
