Please book your reservation no later than August 3, 2026, 5:00pm ET. After that date, rooms at the Aglow rate will be released and rooms will be subject to hotel availability. For immediate confirmation and best availability, make your reservations via the internet.

GUARANTEEING ROOMS
All reservations must be guaranteed by a deposit equal to one night’s stay for each individual reservation. Personal check, money order, or a valid American Express, Visa, Mastercard card number and expiration date are acceptable.

When making your hotel reservation, especially by phone, please have the following information ready:

Name, phone number, street address, email address, and valid credit card number

*Room type, number & full names of any people staying in the room and if you need the following (up to 4 people per room):

  • Handicapped Accessible Room Required
  • Rollaway ($25 per night)
  • Early Check in (between Noon-2pm $75 plus tax or 2pm early arrival additional $30 plus tax)
  • Late Check Out (4pm -$100 additional fee plus tax)
  • Note: Special requests are not guaranteed.  Requests are honored on a first come, first served basis.

RESERVATION ADDITION NOTES:

For handicap accessible rooms, attendees will need to check the box for accessible room and notate the accessible room they need. If calling in, attendee will need to inform the agent they speak with that the reservation is notated correctly.

For Rollaway requests, early check in/check out, these can be chosen as “add-ons” via the website when booking for an additional cost. If calling in, inform the agent on the phone so the reservation is notated correctly.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
Reservation acknowledgments will be sent out by email within 30 minutes of each reservation booking, modification and/or cancellation. Review it carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive an acknowledgment via e-mail, please contact Reservation Services at: 800.445.8667

ROOM RATES/TAXES
To take advantage of the special Aglow International group rate, be sure to book your reservation no later than the CUT OFF date: August 3, 2026 at 5:00pm ET. After this date, the official Aglow International blocks will be released and rooms will be subject to hotel availability. All rates are quoted in US Dollars per room, per night and are subject to a 15.95% sales & occupancy tax (taxes subject to change without notice). When making a reservation, please select which room type you need and provide any requests in the “additional requests” section of the Guest Information page on the hotel website. Please be advised that requests are not guaranteed.

BOOKING ROOMS FOR OTHER ATTENDEES
If you are wanting to pay for multiple guest rooms for friends on one credit card please book the room under the name of the guests staying in those rooms. The Hilton cannot book multiple rooms under the same name. If you plan to book 10 or more rooms please contact Aglow’s Director of Conference Operations, Janae Lovern, at 425-275-0231 so that she can send you a room list template for the hotel.

In the event that you do not arrive on your requested arrival date, the card given at the time of booking will be charged one night’s room and tax.

MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS
Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained. The Hotel may make an exception to this requirement in the event of a documented emergency.

Individual departure dates will be confirmed upon check-in (subject to change so be sure to ask if needed). In the event a guest who has reserved a room, checks out prior to their reserved check out date, the Hotel will add an early check out fee of one-night room plus tax to that guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early check out fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

Any reservations with a declining credit or debit card will be subject to cancellation.

For quality accommodations, comfort, safety and best prices we strongly recommend that you to stay within Aglow’s housing block at the Capital Hilton Hotel. Please do not hold rooms that you may not use.

No Airport Transportation: Hotel guests will need to make their own arrangements for transportation to/from the airport.

Suggested Airports: Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)

Transportation Options: (We suggest confirming your own transportation plans. Below are a few options but these are not guaranteed and are subject to change).

  • AeroTrain: A direct train (silver line) from IAD to McPherson Square then transfer to the Red Line at Metro Center to reach the Capital Hilton departs every 15 minutes and takes around 48 minutes
  • Subway: The subway from IAD to Capital Hilton takes about 53 minutes and costs between $2 - $8.
  • Uber: Uber offers rides from IAD to Capital Hilton, with an average price of around $59 (subject to     prices at time of booking). The Uber app provides the option to request a ride anytime, 24/7.
  • Rental Car: Not recommended as there is no self-parking available. Valet parking is available for $75 per night plus tax and any applicable fees.

Key Hotel Guest Amenities: fitness center, room service, digital key (for Hilton honors members), streaming entertainment, mini fridge/cooler, hair dryer,  pod coffee maker.
