Our Conference Hotel

The conference will be held at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Dallas, in the Landmark Ballroom. Situated adjacent to the heart of downtown, Hyatt Regency Dallas is one of the city’s most recognizable landmarks, with its 50-story tower, shimmering dome, glass architecture, and revolving restaurant.

Guestrooms feature pillowtop beds with down comforters and premium bedding. Digital television is provided for your entertainment.

The Hyatt Regency Dallas is a 3-minute walk from Reunion Tower and 8 minutes by foot from Dealey Plaza. This luxury hotel is 0.5 mi (0.8 km) from the Sixth Floor Museum and 0.5 mi (0.8 km) from John F. Kennedy Memorial.

The hotel is 25 minutes from DFW airport and 10 minutes from Dallas Love Field airport.

Reservation acknowledgments will be sent out by email automatically after each reservation booking, modification and/or cancellation. Review it carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive an acknowledgment via e-mail, please contact the Reservation Services 800.233.1234.


To take advantage of the special Aglow International group rate, be sure to book your reservation by October 14, 2024 at 5:00pm CT. After this date, the official Aglow International blocks will be released and rooms will be subject to hotel availability. All rates are per room, per night and are subject to a 17.30% sales & occupancy tax (subject to change). When making a reservation, please select which room type you need and provide any requests in the “additional requests” section of the Guest Information page on the hotel website. Please be advised that requests are not guaranteed.


All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. Credit cards must be valid thru 11/30/2024. If you are wanting to pay for multiple guest rooms for friends on one credit card please book the room under the name of the guests staying in those rooms. The Hyatt cannot book multiple rooms under the same name. If you plan to book 10 or more rooms please contact Aglow’s Director of Conference Operations, Janae Lovern, at 425-275-0231 so that she can send you a room list template for the hotel.

In the event that you do not arrive on your requested arrival date, the card given at the time of booking will be charged one night’s room and tax.


You may modify or change a reservation up until 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Any rooms not canceled forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival date and left unoccupied will be charged a one-room night and tax penalty, billed to card on file. Any reservations with a declining credit or debit card will be subject to cancellation.

Individual departure dates will be confirmed upon check-in (subject to change so be sure to ask if needed). Any adjustments to departure date should be made at that time. Shortened length of stays made after check in will be subject to an “early departure fee” equal to one-night room and tax, contact hotel for more details.

For quality accommodations, comfort, safety and best prices we strongly recommend that you to stay within Aglow’s housing block at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. Please do not hold rooms that you may not use.

All rates are subject to 17.3% Occupancy & Sales tax. Hotel remits $10 per room per night to Aglow International to defray part of the conference expenses.

Your registration for conference constitutes your permission for Aglow International to exhibit and use your picture and name in Aglow productions to be distributed by any and all means, media, device, process, technology, now or devised in the future. Personal recording of general sessions, either audio or video format is prohibited.
