General Registration Information: There will be NO onsite registration this year.

If you are registering by phone, please have credit card ready and be prepared to answer all questions.

You may register for conference by mail, phone, fax, or on the Internet...

INTERNET: You must use a major credit card or debit card. You may register online by going to https://conference.aglow.org/ Click on 2023 Aglow Conference registration related links.

MAIL: Complete the conference registration form and mail with your full payment to Aglow International, Attn: Registrar, PO Box 1749, Edmonds, WA 98020-1749, USA. Register early to guarantee your spot! Must be postmarked on or before August 15th.

PHONE: You must use a major credit card or debit card. Please have your card ready. Be prepared to answer all questions on the registration form. Beginning April 3, call, 425.775.7282, Conference Registration Hours: Mon-Thu 8:30am – 4:00 PM (PT) or Fri 8:30am to 2:30pm (PT), excluding US Holidays.

Registration Information

Payment must accompany your registration form. The cutoff date for Registration is August 15, 2023.

International Attendees: In order to avoid Aglow withholding $50 from your registration refund, please do not register for the Aglow Conference or reserve a hotel room until you have notified the Aglow National President in your nation to qualify for attendance and you have your VISA in hand. If you need a letter of invitation, please notify your National President and she will make the request for you. National Presidents, please send approved request to ChristieSpaulding@aglow.org as soon as possible

Registration Confirmation: Those registering on the Internet will receive immediate confirmation via email. Those not registering on the Internet will receive a confirmation email containing conference information within 4 to 6 weeks of receipt of your registration. If you have no email address, a confirmation letter will be mailed to those attendees who live in the US. Carefully review your confirmation information immediately upon receipt, and notify the Aglow International registration office of any discrepancies. You are not required to bring your confirmation letters with you to conference. Confirmation letters will only be sent once. Due to this, please make sure that all of your personal information is correct. If you do not receive your confirmation email, be sure to check all spam and junk email folders.

Conference Wristbands: ALL wristbands will be ready for pick up on site at the conference hotel, on the second floor, outside of the Grand Ballroom. Photo ID will be required for onsite wristband pickup. Your wristband is your admittance to all sessions. Be sure to keep it on for the whole conference.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellation and transfer requests must be in writing and postmarked on or before August 15, 2023. A $50 cancellation fee will be retained on ALL conference registration cancellations (regular and Premium). Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks for processing. No refunds will be granted after August 15, 2023. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual until the transfer request cut-off on August 15,2023. ALL transfer requests MUST be made in writing, by email, and sent to registrar@aglow.org. Registration fees not refunded or transferred by this due date will be considered a donation to the ministry. There will be no exceptions to the Cancellation Policy.

Premium Registration Policy

Premium Attendee registration may not be reduced to regular registration. However, premium registration may be transferred, in its entirety, up to transfer cutoff date. After the cut-off date, Premium Registration may not be cancelled or transferred. A Regular Attendee Registration may be upgraded to Premium by paying the additional cost, prior to registration and transfer cutoff date.

Webcast: Premium Attendee Registration’s webcast link will be valid for the premium registered attendee only. A webcast link with a unique password will be sent via email on September 20, 2023. Webcast access will be available through December 31, 2023.

Store Voucher: The Premium Registration includes a $15 Aglow Store Voucher that is valid ON SITE only at the Aglow Store. The voucher is not redeemable on the Aglow Store website or at future conferences.

Wristband & Lanyard: The Premium Registration’s Wristband, $15 Aglow Store voucher, and Aglow Lanyard must be picked up on site at the Check-In Table. Premium Registration Lanyards will not be shipped to attendees or available at any other time. Premium Registration Lanyards cannot be picked up at the Aglow Store or transferred to another attendee.

Early Entrance: Premium Registrants will have early entrance to the General Sessions that will take place 30 minutes prior to doors opening. Premium Registration will be required for early entrance.

Your registration for conference constitutes your permission for Aglow International to exhibit and use your picture and name in Aglow productions to be distributed by any and all means, media, device, process, technology, now or devised in the future.” Personal recording of general sessions, either audio or video format is prohibited.
