Thanks for your interest in registering for our 2025 Global Virtual Conference. Below are some commonly asked questions about the registration process. If you can't find your answers here, chat with us if we're online, or, contact us at webcast@aglow.org and we'll help you out.

How much does the Conference cost?

The registration fee is $75, which covers all 3 sessions including worship and special features. That's only about $25 per session. It's a great value - especially if you are viewing the conference with others and sharing the cost.

How long will the sessions be available for viewing?

The sessions will be open for viewing unlimited times until September 20, 2026.

How do I register for the Conference?

Register for the Conference by filling out the Conference registration form. You'll receive an activation email with a link to login and view the sessions. Contact us at webcast@aglow.org if you don't receive the activation email.

How do I view the sessions after I've registered?

Once you've registered for Conference, you can view the sessions by visiting the conference website and clicking on the My Account link. Note that you'll need to login with your account username and password in order to access the Conference page. Request a password reset if you've forgotten it.

Can I register for the Conference by phone?

No, sorry, we will not be taking registrations by phone. Conference registration is done via the internet on the conference website only.

What happens after I register?

After you’ve filled out the form and paid with your credit card (if applicable), you’ll receive an activation email. Click on the link in the email and you’ll be taken to the website login page, where you’ll be asked to enter the username in your email and the password that you created when you registered. Once you’ve logged into your account, you’ll be able to view the sessions.

What if I don’t receive the activation email?

If you’ve registered for Conference and paid the fee, but haven’t received an activation email, do the following:

  1. Check your Junk Mail or Spam folder. Chances are you’ll find it there.
  2. If you still cannot locate the activation email, go to the conference website login page, then click on the 'Forgot Password' link. You’ll be prompted to type your email or username (make sure and use the same one you used when registering).You should then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
  3. If none of the above works, call us at 425.775.7282 during regular office hours (Pacific Time). You can also use the chat if we're online, or email us at webcast@aglow.org.

Will I be able to view the sessions from any computer or mobile device?

As long as the computer or mobile device has an internet connection, you should be able to login to your account and view the sessions.

Can I view the Conference with friends or in a group?

Yes! We encourage you to get with friends to participate in this year's Conference. It’s more fun that way and there's no additional charge for group viewing. Just make sure you are using a large enough screen or projector to accommodate the size of your group. Audio quality is also an important consideration. Think about purchasing an external speaker if the group is more than a few people. Generally, laptop or desktop speakers are not adequate.

Note: Only 1 user per registration may log in at a time.

What if I'm in a different time zone?

If you want to watch the sessions as they are being broadcast, you'll need to adjust for your local time zone. However, because all sessions are recorded for later viewing, you can watch them at a time that is convenient to you.

Can I test my connection before the event?

Yes, we encourage you to do so. If you login to your account on the conference website and access the Broacast Test page, there will be a video running for you to test your system before the conference begins.

How can I get help if I experience difficulties during the Webcast?

Use our chat in the lower right corner of your screen. A customer service technician will be available to answer your questions. You can also email webcast@aglow.org if you need help with your account.

Are there guidelines for optimal viewing of the Webcast?

Most of your questions can be answered by visiting the Boxcast Support Center.

Can I purchase DVDs of the conference sessions?

We are no longer providing DVDs of the conference. Instead, MP4 video files of the conference messages will be available for purchase on the Aglow Store after conference.

How can I give a conference offering?

You can participate with us by giving your conference offering as an act of worship whether you are in attendance or not.

Webcast 2024
