This policy explains how Aglow International may use photos, video, and audio recorded at the 2026 Aglow U.S. National Conference (the “Conference”).

Your Permission

By registering for and/or attending the Conference, you grant Aglow International, its affiliates, and those working on its behalf — including photographers, videographers, and media partners — permission to record, photograph, and use your name, image, likeness, voice, and any video or audio featuring you that is captured at or in connection with the Conference.

How We Use It

This material may be used in Aglow International’s productions and communications, including but not limited to newsletters, social media, our website, print materials, broadcasts, and promotional or fundraising materials — for this Conference and future Aglow ministry activities — distributed through any current or future media, format, or technology.

Terms

This permission is granted without compensation, is irrevocable, applies worldwide, and does not expire. Aglow International is under no obligation to use any particular photo, video, or recording, and you will not have the right to review or approve materials before they are used.

Release

You release Aglow International, its board, staff, and volunteers from claims arising from this use, including claims related to privacy or publicity rights, except where the use is unlawful or knowingly defamatory.

Minors

If you are attending with a minor (under 18), a parent or legal guardian must provide this consent on the minor’s behalf. By registering a minor for the Conference or bringing a minor to check-in, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and that you agree to these terms on their behalf.

General Recording Notice

Photography, video, and audio recording may take place throughout public areas of the Conference — including general sessions, workshops, meals, and common spaces — by Aglow staff, volunteers, official photographers and videographers, media partners, and other attendees. It may not be possible to attend the Conference without potentially being captured in this material.
