Information/Lost and Found Committee - As members of “command central”, these volunteers are the “go-to” people for conference. They are available to provide information about Aglow, the conference and the hotel. They are also the ones who secure items that have been lost or found until they are reclaimed by their owners. All Information necessary for volunteer position will be provided by Aglow at training.
Check-In Table - Volunteers of the Check-In Table Committee will check in individual paid attendees using a provided list. Volunteers will also provide each attendee with their designated Lanyard and Name Badge.
Usher Committee - Volunteers of this committee serve as ushers in general sessions. They are responsible for checking wristbands, receiving offerings, providing information, and assisting individuals to their seats.

What to Expect

Volunteers will be asked to work in shifts.
No one will be expected to work through general sessions.
You will receive training...
1. Training may include packets of written instructions.
2. You may be asked to attend at least one Zoom training session prior to arriving in Dallas.
3. You will be given contact information for those individuals who will be able to assist you and supply answers to questions you may not know.
Usher and Greeter Volunteers will be asked to wear white tops (blouses or shirts) and black bottoms (slacks or skirts).
You will be introduced to work under the leadership of your committee chair persons and Director of Conference, Janae Lovern.
