Information/Lost and Found Committee - Volunteers will sit at the Information table outside the ballroom doors to answer questions from attendees regarding the conference. Volunteers will also secure items that have been lost or found until they are reclaimed by their owners. All information necessary for the volunteer position will be provided on site at brief training. Information table is closed during sessions (morning, afternoon, and evening).
Check-In Kiosk - Volunteers at the check in kiosks will distribute lanyards/name badge holders to attendees at check in. Attendees will be checking in at iPad/Printer Kiosk’s and will print their name badge. Volunteers will be present to help anyone that needs assistance putting name badges into holders and assisting Aglow staff at the kiosk with any questions from attendees.
Usher Committee - Volunteer ushers serve during general sessions (not during banquet). They are responsible for checking lanyards at the ballroom doors, receiving offerings during sessions, providing information as necessary, and assisting individuals to their seats. Usher volunteers are led by 8 Usher Captains and do not need experience to serve. Training will be provided on site.

What to Expect

2. Usher volunteers may be asked to attend at least one Zoom training session.
3. You will be given contact information for those individuals who will be able to assist you and supply answers to questions you may not know.
Usher Volunteers will be asked to wear white tops (blouses or shirts) and black bottoms (slacks or skirts) when serving.
